X-Generation

This is the Youth Ministry of Victory Bible Church International (UK).
The name X-GENERATION has been chosen to reflect our belief that God has crossed (X) His hands upon our younger ones just like Jacob crossed his hands to bless his grandchildren. Jacob put his right hand (which carried a greater blessing according to biblical culture) on the younger grandson, Ephraim and his left hand (which carried a lesser blessing), on the older, Manasseh.

Despite recent events and current negative youth trends in the UK today (gun and knife crimes, drugs etc), God still has our young people inscribed in His programme. A good number of them are already making positive incursions by God in their immediate community, affecting the lives of their friends. Many of them are taking decisions to make Jesus their Leader and Forgiver.

Our celebrations are designed to encourage and challenge every young person to make godly choices for living today, while keeping an excellent future in view and above all, bring glory to God.

Our youth have the privilege of enjoying and/or participating in the production of relevant music, dance, drama, etc, and opportunities to express their various talents and gifts which are skilfully channelled towards communicating the gospel in very creative ways.  

X-Generation also represents hope for our younger ones who are hurting, feeling rejected and lonely in the society. Join us! Let us have fun together as we prepare the next generation!
