Our team of talented and eager Sound Engineers and Tape Ministry Assistants who harness their gifts and talents towards the optimum performance of equipments for all services and ensure that technical records (CDs & DVDs) are kept of these anointed services for our use and spiritual development.

PUBLIC RELATIONS TEAM
These are our frontline team of pleasant, welcoming and serviceable Ushers, Protocol Staff, Aesthetic and Decor Managers who put their skills to excellent use by creating an evident reputation, image and God inspired ambience in the house of God such that relationships are further developed and strengthened first with God, then amongst us, key players and other ministries.

VICTORY CARE
This ministry is poised to reach out in love and practicality while assisting the hospitalised, the imprisoned, the homeless and people facing challenging times in life. The quest of this arm is to nurture and support them back on their feet in a sustainable manner. This department also supports projects in the third world countries.

SANCTUARY CHOIR
The choir comprises of talented singers and instrumentalists who not only harness their gifts and talents by practising together regularly but also learn to yield themselves to the power of the Holy Spirit to lead the people of God into His presence in worship.

CONTACT MINISTRY
These are a group of diligent and discerning individuals who aid and assist guests and new members in making right and appropriate decisions pertaining to their Christian life and progress. They provide godly direction to people in need of this from purely biblical perspectives.

VICTORY WOMEN'S FELLOWSHIP (VICWOF)
This fellowship of VBCI’s womenfolk seeks to engender godly relationships with fellow women, especially the hurting, so that her strengths are positively employed. She is also equipped to share a verbal witness and to persist in the place of prayer for herself, her family, her church, her community and most importantly to develop a thriving relationship with God. VIWOF also puts together relevant and timely seminars and conferences that address and educate women on common issues. Women are also guided here to serve the body of Christ with their spiritual gifts, talents and financial resources.

This fellowship recognises the challenges of manhood in today’s world and seeks to help men in the house of God keep their eyes on the goal - Jesus Christ, our hope for glory. Deriving from this, men are being built up to be strong and mighty, who are responsible and press on to maturity despite the uncertainties of life while being Men of Integrity.

PRIESTHOOD HOME GROUP MINISTRY
Because VBCI sees the church as a biblically functioning community, every member is encouraged to be an active participant of a life changing and interactive home group. This smaller and more informal arm of church enables members to build genuine relationships, ask those important questions and be adequately discipled. This mini-church arm of VBCI sees to the coordination of the Priesthood Cell Groups in various areas, pertaining to their growth, health and well-being.

This family focused wing of VBCI fosters the building of Christ-centered marriages through pre-marital counselling; seminars that feature practical teaching and interactive learning to help couples not just to keep their marriages on solid ground but also to enjoy the journey.

VICTORYLAND (CHILDREN'S MINISTRY)
The goal of this ministry is to help nurture the children to know and love Jesus Christ as they become responsible, respectful, respectable adults in the Community through songs, bible stories & study, games, drama, as well as developing their talents and abilities. They are primed to be worthy ambassadors of Christ to their peers in the larger community.

The fulcrum of this arm of ministry is to teach, using interactive methods on various biblical topics, to enable veritable growth and knowledge in the word of God for the spiritual development of the people of God.

MEMBERSHIP TEAM
A team of on-hand personable staff who make it their business to meet and greet new members and/or worshippers as they are identified and equip them with the tenets of VBCI amongst other welcome formalities. They also keep the membership database updated regularly.

SINGLES FULFILMENT MINISTRY
Exists to help singles lead fulfilled lives. This is done through regularly-held topical seminars and organized team building and leadership development trips.

Our Saturday school programme geared towards the provision of both extra-mural and academic booster classes for the young ones which also serves as our concerted effort at the eradication of the current prevalent youth gun/crime culture.
