All payments, contributions and donations are processed through the PayPal payment services. PayPal is a certified secured site.
How do I log in to the website as a first time visitor?
If you are a first time visitor, you must select the "Register" link. You will be prompted for an email address and a password during the registration process. You will need both your email address and password to log into the Online Shop and the X Generation Chat.
What if I've forgotten my Password?
If you forget your password, click on the "Reset here" link next to the "Forgot Password" . You must know the correct user name (email address) associated with your account otherwise the password recovery process will not work.
What if I've forgotten my Username (email address)?
You must use a valid email address for a user name. If you forget your username (email address), please send your request to info@vbci.org.uk. Please include first and last name and the email address to send the information and any other pertinent information.
What if I want to change my Password?
You must select the "Forgot Password? Reset here" link and enter a valid e-mail address in both the user name and e-mail address dialogue boxes. Select "Send Password" , a new email will be sent to the email address that you have registered. Follow the instructions in the email message to complete the process.
